5. Course Enrollment & Payments

• Access to paid courses is granted after successful payment or approval of an available payment plan.
• If an installment plan is offered, payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of course access until outstanding balances are settled.
• Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including Paystack.
• Course fees, pricing, and promotional offers may change without prior notice. Such changes do not affect purchases already completed.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of enrollment, provided that a significant portion of the course has not been completed. Refunds requested after this period may not be granted unless required by applicable law.

7. Certificates

Certificates are awarded only after a learner has successfully completed all required lessons, assessments, practical exercises, attendance requirements (where applicable), and any minimum passing scores established for the course.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on Mapelead—including but not limited to videos, documents, graphics, source code, software, assessments, quizzes, labs, logos, trademarks, and educational materials—is the exclusive property of Mapelead or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content solely for your personal educational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, record, or publicly share any content from the platform without prior written permission from Mapelead.

9. Acceptable Use

When using Mapelead, you agree not to:

• Share your account with another person.
• Copy, redistribute, or resell course materials.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

14. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without prior notice, if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, abuses the platform, or uses our services in an unlawful manner.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform and its content will immediately cease.
